Privacy Policy (Draft — Not Yet Reviewed)

This page is a deliberate placeholder. Magic Mentor Academy has not yet drafted or legally reviewed a real Privacy Policy — including, importantly, what personal data is collected from Guardians, Students, and Instructors during registration (name, email, phone, and for the Student pathway a named emergency/guardian contact's details too), how it is stored, and how long it is retained. No real legal text has been written for this page.

Registration currently asks you to check a box referencing this page so the registration flow can be built and tested end-to-end. That checkbox is recorded (with a version marker of draft-unreviewed) for engineering/audit purposes only — it is not represented as, and should not be relied on as, valid legal acceptance of a real Privacy Policy, because no such document exists yet.

Until a real Privacy Policy is drafted and reviewed (and this page is replaced with that real content, at which point the recorded version marker will change to a real effective date), Magic Mentor Academy's registration flow should be considered not production-ready from a legal standpoint, even though it is technically functional.
